FFOLKESPA is a bold, colourful, sociable spa in Norfolk that has been built for those all-important feel-good moments.
At the heart of it all is the thermal cycle: Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat - this rhythm helps flush out toxins, fire up the immune system and kickstart circulation. It’s a full-body reset that leaves you calm, clear-headed and ready for real rest. You’ll move through 12 thermal experiences, from saunas and steam rooms to the cold plunge pool and from foot spas and heated cabanas and a giant hot tub with tub-side bar.
Upstairs, Zen shifts the pace with a pre- and post-treatment lounges designed for slow, soft unwind, complete with waterbeds. This is also where you’ll find four treatment rooms offering glow-up facials, deep massages and pregnancy-safe options.
Spa Days include four hours in the spa plus a proper feast in the pub. Spa Stays go bigger: with bold bedrooms just steps from the spa and the unlimited Brunch FEAST to start the day.

FFOLKESPA is part of Ffolkes, a colourful, character-filled pub with bold bedrooms, rotating street food, and a playful spirit that runs through everything we do. Food is part of the full experience, served in the pub.
Here’s what to expect:
– Unlimited Brunch FEAST served every morning until 12pm, included with Spa Stays
– Afternoon ‘Street’ Tea from Monday to Saturday, 1-5pm, a playful mix of sweet and savoury, available with certain spa sessions or as an add-on to Spa Stays.
– Evening Street Food every night, with a rotating line-up of resident traders, from Tex-Mex to Asian fusion, included with certain spa sessions.
Dining always takes place in the pub, not in robes
There are 22 rooms at Ffolkes, including 16 Spa Rooms with FFOLKESPA access included in the price. Of those, 12 are just steps from the spa, offering direct access.
Six Coaching Rooms sit above the pub and can include spa access for £40 per person, per night.
Expect bold colours, quirky details and a little Ffolkes-style fun, like the Spa Loft with its bathtub cinema setup (two tubs and a Smart TV for full Netflix ‘n’ Soak vibes), or Courtyard Spa Rooms with outdoor baths and their own dartboards.

Plenty of free parking on site, plus six electric vehicle charging points.
If you’re not driving, the nearest train station is King’s Lynn, around 20 minutes away by car or taxi. King’s Lynn has direct train links to London King’s Cross, Cambridge and Ely. There’s also a bus stop right outside Ffolkes, with regular services running between King’s Lynn and Fakenham.
Most of FFOLKESPA is on one level, including the entrance, saunas and steam rooms. There are gentle slopes leading down to these areas.
We have an accessible changing room with its own shower and toilet.
Please note: the giant hot tub pool has steps to enter, and the treatment rooms and
pre-/post-treatment lounges are located upstairs, only accessible by stairs. There is no lift or hoist available.
